DJ Gatsby Book Club is proud to present their Book of the Month selections for the month of November 2015. The four authors we chose were all participants in the 2015 UBAWA Book Fair which was held at The Bronx Museum of the Arts in The Bronx, NY. I actually had the opportunity to meet all of the authors and spoke to them about their books and feel that these are excellent choose that will appeal to all of our members.

This is Oscar Sanders first literary work. He is best known as the award winning director of the feature jazz documentary Billy Bang: Long Over Due, Industrious Grind: Artist Coming Up (music video compilation), and the up coming feature documentary Michael Carvin: No Excuses.
The Pastor’s Faith
Faith Washington is the daughter of Pastor Dennis and First Lady Karen Washington. Her parents are loved and well respected in the community of Greenville, South Carolina. Her mother runs a tight ship, and appearance is everything. Faith has always done what she was told. Until she finds out one of many secrets her parents have been hiding from her.
